I have been shopping at Landau for years. Several years ago I purchased a 14K tennis bracelet in the Century City, CA store. I love it. It’s delicate and it’s broken several times. I return it and they either fix it or more often replace it with a new one. I have absolutely no complaints. As far as I’m concerned they have great customer service.

I I was really interested to read these aforementioned blogs. I have just received a gift of a Landau bracelet from a friend by way of thanks for looking after her cat while she went to vagas. It looks sturdy enough to me, but the telling will of course be in the wearing. My friend chose the items on my bracelet and decided against the painted stones in case the paint pealed off and instead chose some lovely marble type balls. She was also wise enough to buy a large clasp to make it easier to put on and once again, it appears to be very sturdy.

Watch this space! I will report back if anything goes wrong with the bracelet
