I loved interviewing my colleague Casey Carpenter for my second LinkedIn Live session. For years, Casey has partnered with us at Global Public Speaking to help our clients build confidence in their most important speaking situations. Given how many of our clients think they need to become extroverts in order to be effective public speakers, I wanted to learn how Casey has used being an introvert to her advantage.
A few big take-aways for me were: don’t try to change your style, own it confidently and create systems that ensure your success.
